Raymond Posadas currently serves as the Managing Director of Investor Relations. Posadas joined Allison in 2017 to develop the company's investor relations department. Prior to joining Allison and since 2012, Posadas consulted for investor relations and capital markets advisory firms, Arbor Advisory and Solebury Capital, where along with multiple clients he worked with Allison Transmission on its public offering. Before that Posadas held various roles at Goldman Sachs in New York. Posadas holds a bachelor's degree in finance and management science from Pace University's Lubin School of Business in New York.
David S. Graziosi currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allison Transmission. A position he’s held since June 2018. He has served on the Board of Directors for Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. since May 2018. Graziosi, joined Allison in November 2007 and has served as Executive Vice President and then President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary. Before joining Allison, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Covalence Specialty Materials Corporation. Prior to that Graziosi held various positions in the industry, including Vice President of Finance Precursors and Epoxy Resins at Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Resolution Performance Products LLC and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Chemical Industrial Products Inc. Additionally, he served in various positions for Sun Chemical Group B.V, the Colgate-Palmolive Company and Arthur Andersen LLP. Graziosi is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (non-practicing). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
John Coll serves as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Sales and Service for Allison Transmission, a position he’s held since 2016. Before joining Allison, Coll was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Gerdau Ameristeel U.S. Prior to that, Coll worked at Eaton Corp. for 14 years as Vice President of Global Marketing for the vehicle group, Director of Global Channel Marketing for Eaton Electrical, General Manager of Aftermarket and Vehicle Solutions for Truck Components and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Truck Components. Prior to joining Eaton, Coll worked for 13 years at Philips Electronics in a variety of sales and distributor relations roles. Coll earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Alex Schey has served as Allison Transmission's Chief Commercial Officer for Electrification since the acquisition of Vantage Power in 2019. Schey held the role of CEO and Co-Founder of London-based Vantage Power since its formation in 2011. Prior to that Schey was the President and Founder of Racing Green Endurance, a not-for-profit project to build the world's longest range electric vehicle and drive it down the Pan-American Highway, the longest road in the world. Schey also serves as Chair of the Board of Governors for St. John's Primary School, and received his degree in mechanical engineering from Imperial College, London.
Ryan Milburn currently serves as Vice President of Product Engineering for Allison Transmission, a position he has held since 2019. Millburn began his career with Allison in 1990, holding roles of increasing responsibility including Manager of Engineering & Product Development Systems and Manager of Information & Control Systems for the green-field launch of the Allison Transmission manufacturing facility in Baltimore, Maryland. He then assumed the role of Vice President and Chief Information Officer, then Executive Director, Embedded Controls Systems, Managing Director Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) based in The Netherlands. Millburn received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from GMI Engineering & Management Institute as part of a co-operative education program with Allison Transmission.
Mike Foster currently serves as Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer, a position he has held since 2017. Foster originally joined Allison in 1992 as an intern and then full-time in 1994 and held multiple engineering roles, until he left in 2007 to join the Powertrain Hybrid Engineering team at General Motors. In 2013, he returned to Allison holding various roles of increasing responsibility within product design and engineering. Foster holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.
Rohan Barua currently serves as Vice President, North America Sales, Global Channel and Aftermarket, previously serving as Vice President, North America OEM Sales. Prior to joining Allison Transmission, Barua worked for 12 years at Cummins Inc., where he most recently served as General Manager - OEM Business, responsible for revenue growth and integrated business leadership of a global OEM. Before that, he held a number of roles at Cummins in strategy and market planning, global off-highway aftermarket and regional aftermarket marketing and sales. Prior to Cummins, Barua worked in sales, marketing and business development in India as part of the Prudential Group, and also served briefly with DaimlerChrysler. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta, a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management and a Master of Business Administration from the Broad School at Michigan State University.
Heidi Schutte currently serves as Vice President, Europe, the Middle East, & Africa, Asia Pacific and South America Sales. Schutte began her career with Allison Transmission as an intern in 1991 and as a full-time employee in 1992 with the Aftermarket and ReTran® group in Marketing, Sales and Service. Following a transfer to General Motors’ Saturn Corp. in 1994, she returned to Allison in 2000 as a Marketing Brand Manager for the 1000/2000 Series™. More recently, following positions of increasing responsibility, Schutte was promoted to Director of Regional Sales for North America in 2009 and Executive Director, Regional Sales in 2010. In 2014, she was named Executive Director, North American Sales as her role was expanded to include National Accounts. Later that year, Schutte was named Executive Director, North American Sales and OEM Accounts. Schutte holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Purdue University.
Kartik Ramanan currently serves as Executive Director, Global Off-Highway Sales, Customer Support and Service Engineering. Ramanan joined Allison in 2019 to lead key growth initiatives in the Off-Highway end market. Prior to joining Allison, Ramanan served as Vice President and General Manager, Powertrain Fastening & Sexton at Illinois Tool Works, Inc. (ITW). Prior to his tenure at ITW, Ramanan held several key positions at Cummins, including General Manager of Global Bus Business, General Manager of Heavy Duty Truck & OEM Business, and Director of Off-Highway Strategy. Ramanan received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Jaipur, India.
Conrad Rockey currently serves as Vice President, Commercial Powertrain Engineering for Allison Transmission, focusing on conventional on- and off- highway products. Prior to being named to his current position in 2019, Rockey was Executive Director of 1000-9000 Series Product Engineering. He began his career at Allison in 1981 as Reliability Engineer on the AT and MT Series products and later held roles of increasing responsibility in Reliability and Product Engineering. He has also served as Executive Director of On-Highway and Off-Highway Commercial Product Engineering. Rockey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He also completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and holds a DFSS Green Belt and Shainin Red X/Green Y Problem Solving Certificate.
Dana Pittard currently serves as Vice President, Defense Programs, overseeing Allison’s domestic and global defense business. Pittard joined Allison Transmission in 2015 as Deputy Vice President of Defense Programs and was promoted to his current position in January 2016. Pittard previously served in the U.S. Army in the grade of Major General (2-Star) and retired after 34 years of active duty. He has commanded Armor and Infantry units at every level from platoon to division, including command of the 1st Armored Division. His service included multiple combat tours. Pittard holds a Bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a Master’s degree from the School of Advanced Military Studies at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a National Security Fellowship from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
